For myself and many fellow Falcons fans, the Super Bowl loss was hard to swallow. Since the loss, there has been a lot of commentary to the effect that the Falcons will never recover. This loss, and the subsequent chatter, reminds me of the investment markets.
We are always looking at being of service to you and add events that you and your friends value. So I ask you kindly which types of events would you like us to have for you? Ideas: investment market insights lunch/dinner, social events (example: wine tasting), volunteer events (habitat for humanity) or learning something new. (iPhone tricks) Your insight is appreciated!
As you may have heard, I plan to scale back my time at E2E Financial to pursue my artistic calling. This has left me with the daunting task of finding and training my replacement. Since this is my first venture into the hiring process, I was not sure what to expect. I've laughed. I've cried. I've pulled my hair out.
We had a great 2016. Some of our highlights included:
When I’m not drawing or painting, I dabble some in gardening. I have a Meyer lemon tree that I’ve managed to keep alive, and its lemons are just ripening. I like Meyer lemons since they’re larger than regular lemons, and not as tart.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Did you use the Alton Brown turkey recipe? Do let us know.
I decided to wait until today to comment on the elections because, as is the case with most big world events, investment markets tend to get crazy and overreact the first few hours and days after an event and then stabilize. That is exactly what we got in the span of the three days post-election.
We are proud to support the funding of pediatric brain tumor research with Ian’s Friends Foundation. (IFF) E2E was proud to fund Australian Labradoodles puppy auction spots from Skyedoodles which helped raise over $13,000 for IFF at this year’s Evening of Inspiration live auction held this past Saturday. It was a fantastic event and an even better cause.
Hope you are having a great start to your week. We are excited to share that we are adding video conferencing as another way to work with you! This option will be rolling out starting in October. We always love to see you in person and simply add this as an additional service. Time to make sure your computer and camera is up to date! (We are glad to help you set it up)
